In the mail...
The stork is in the air! According to our adoption agency, the matches were mailed from China on 1/30/07. The agency expects to receive the matches in 2-4 business days. We'll keep you posted.

Waiting for News
Our adoption agency posted an update on January 24th that stated that China is working on the next set of matches. That means the Chinese Center for Adoption Affairs is currently picking out our little girl. If all goes well, we will have a picture of her by the end of this week. We'll post her picture and any other information we get.

The Nursery is Ready
Jane and I, with the help of several important contributors, have worked on and off getting the nursery ready for our daughter's arrival. Fresh paint on the walls, updated furnishing, and a closet renovation are a good start to making this room a comfortable and fun place to be. Special thanks to Grandma Schurter for the Funny Bunny wall hanging, crib bedding, and quilt. Thanks also to Aunt Elaine for the fun window treatments.
